AMIN_UP is a food for special medical purposes containing essential amino acids with thiamine and vitamin B6, suitable for the dietary management of patients with sarcopenia, protein malnutrition, and conditions characterised by loss of muscle mass.

L-leucine, L-lysine hydrochloride, L-isoleucine, L-valine, thickener: xanthan gum; L-threonine, acidifier: citric acid; flavourings, stabilisers: sucrose fatty acid esters, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; anticaking agent: silicon dioxide; L-cystine, L-histidine, L-phenylalanine, trehalose*, sweeteners: acesulfame K, sucralose; L-methionine, L-tyrosine, L-tryptophan, colouring: riboflavin; thiamine chloride (vitamin B1), pyridoxine chloride (vitamin B6). ,*Trehalose is a source of glucose.

AMIN_UP is a food for special medical purposes suitable for the dietary management of patients with senile or neoplastic sarcopenia, protein malnutrition, and conditions characterised by the loss of muscle mass for the synthesis of muscle and plasma proteins. Also suitable for patients with dysphagia.

Dosage is according to patient and is to be defined by the attending practitioner on the basis of the patient’s various requirements. In general, the recommended dose is one sachet (6.3 g) twice daily. Consume the product immediately, or within 24 hours if the preparation is kept in the fridge.

Pour the contents of one sachet into a dry glass and dissolve thoroughly in 100-200 ml of cold water. In the case of dysphagia: dissolve the powder in a small amount of water (50 ml), adapting the quantity in order to obtain the desired consistency. It is recommended to prepare the product directly when needed.

The product must be used according to instructions and under medical supervision. Not suitable for use as a sole source of nutrition and must not be injected.

Keep in, a cool, dry place at room temperature. The date of minimum durability refers to the product stored appropriately in an unopened package.
